B&N Logging, LLC has been in the Pine Logging and Hardwood Logging business in Polk County and surrounding East Texas counties since 1992. They purchase pine and hardwood tracts of timber from private landowners, then harvest the trees and transport them to local mills. They take extra care to avoid wasting any wood.
Owner, Billy Rowe's long-time experience in the East Texas hardwood and pine logging industry has enabled him to accurately and honestly advise landowners about how to best merchandise their timber. This can sometimes mean thinning your timber, clear-cutting it, or even letting it grow for a few more years.
B&N Logging purchases tracts of timber in two ways:
(1) The landowner is paid an up-front lump sum for their timber.
(2) The landowner is paid by the ton for their timber. In this method the landowner gets paid weekly as their wood is hauled to the mills.
B&N Logging is fully insured, carrying general liability and workman’s comp insurance.
B&N Logging has had the same employees for more than 10 years. They are very experienced with the heavy equipment that is used to harvest your timber. Billy and his foreman are considered "Pro-Loggers". This signifies that they have been through many sessions of training on best forestry management practices and forestry/logging related safety. They also receive additional training each year. |

| OTHER SERVICES |
| B&N Logging also offers dozer work, motorgrading work, and trackhoe work. This includes land clearing, road maintenance, driveways, building ponds, site prep, etc. Call or e-mail for more info. |

| REPLANTING |
| B&N Logging operates an East Texas pine tree replanting service for landowners. Replanting is usually done in January and February. |
